Ingredients
- 1 cup Mayonnaise (or substitute half with plain yogurt)
- 2 tbsp. Tomato Paste (or ketchup)
- 1 tbsp. Honey
- 2 tsp. Rice Vinegar
- 2 Garlic Cloves (finely minced or grated)
- 1 tsp. Smoked Paprika
- Water (as needed)
- 2 cups Cooked Rice (preferably day old leftovers)
- 2 tbsp. Butter (or olive oil)
- 1 cup Frozen Veggies
- 3-4 beaten Eggs
- 2 tbsp. Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp. Sesame Oil
- Optional 2 tsp. Oyster Sauce
- Salt & Black Pepper (to taste)
- Steak (sliced into cubes)
- Shrimp (deveined and tail-off)
- Zucchini (chopped)
- Sweet Onion (chopped)
Steps
- 1
To Make the Yum Yum Sauce: Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix until smooth. Add water to thin to desired preference. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 2
To Make the Fried Rice: Using a large cast iron skillet or the griddle accessory for Masterbuilt’s Gravity Series Grill, add the butter. Once melted, add the cooked rice. Sauté for 3-4 minutes.
- 3
Create a well in the center to add the veggies and beaten eggs. Once the eggs are scrambled, stir in with the rice.
- 4
Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Sauté until the rice is slightly crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove to a plate.
- 5
To Sauté the Veggies and Meat: Drizzle the cast iron or griddle with olive oil. Add the cubed steak, shrimp, chopped zucchini, and onions. If needed, work in smaller batches so everything cooks well. Season with salt and black pepper. Sauté for 8-10 minutes, until the meat is cooked, and veggies are tender.

Enjoy the fried rice, meat, and veggies warm with the yum yum sauce!
