Ingredients
- Cream - 2 cups
- Jack Fruit - 1/2 cup + 4 tblsp chopped
- Sugar -1/4 cup
- Sweetened Condensed Milk - 1/2 cup
Steps

Take jack fruit and 1/4 cup sugar in a blender and puree till smooth.

Take cream and whisk till thick.

Add in condensed milk and jackfruit pulp and mix well.

Add in the chopped jackfruit and pour it into freezer safe containers.

Now freeze overnight.

Scoop and serve.
