Ingredients
- 1.25 litre Vanilla Icecream
- ¾ cup Chocolate Chips
- 4 Cadburys 5 Star
- 6 to 8 pieces Peanut chikki / kadalai mittai
- 10 to 15 pieces Bourbon Biscuit
- Caramel Sauce for serving
- Chocolate Sauce for serving
Steps

Line a large round cake tin with plastic wrap and set aside.

Crush the Bourbon Biscuit, Peanut chikki, 5 star in to small pieces.

In a Mixing bowl add in the Icecream and the crushed mixture and mix well.

Add in the chocolate chips and mix well.

Tip it in a Freezer bowl and set it in Deep freeze.

Remove it carefully with the help of plastic wrap and cut into slices.

Serve with caramel sauce or chocolate sauce
