Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 ¼ teaspoons chicken Bouillon granules
- 1 ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¾ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- ¾ teaspoon cumin
- ¾ teaspoon garlic powder

Combine the ingredients in a bowl, mixing well, then transfer to a spice jar. This makes 2/3 cup, the equivelent of 3 packets of store bought fajita seasoning mix, (or enough to season 3 pounds of poultry).

Use 3 slightly rounded tablespoon per pound of meat for seasoning.
